When my daughter was born, I dreamed of starting a business in her honor. I just didn’t know exactly what I wanted my niche to be. After my son was born, I revisited that dream and wanted to do something great in both their honor. After months of deliberation, I finally decided what exactly it was I wanted to do.

As a mama of two littles, I’m always finding myself reaching for a t-shirt or comfy sweatshirt when we’re on the go and I’m always searching for cute new pieces to add to my collection. I wanted to create a space for mama’s like me, plus their kiddos. So, Joan & Carter Designs was created.

It is an honor to build a legacy for my babies, and to create products that mama’s everywhere can feel comfy in. I hope you find something you love - I am so glad that you’re here.
