Shipping

Where do you ship to?

Our providers are able to ship to most countries, except for Guadeloupe, North Korea, Russia, and Ukraine.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping time is 2-3 business days. If shipping internationally, shipping time is 3-5 business days.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number when your order ships. If your order has a tracking number, but there are no recent tracking updates, please reach out and we will look into it for you.

Returns

How do I return an item?

As we are a print-on-demand shop, we can only offer replacements or refunds for certain issues. If your product is damaged/defective, a free replacement or a refund will be offered if the problem is reported within 30 days of product delivery, along with photo proof of the issue. All other returns and exchanges cannot be supported at this time. We are a small, brand new shop, so we hope to change this one day!

If your product was received in damaged/defective condition, please contact us via email at joanandcarter@gmail.com so we can make it right!

Can I exchange for a different item?
